Popular film and television actress Shamna Kasim, widely known as Poorna, shared a heartfelt message for her husband on the occasion of their wedding anniversary, expressing her deep love and gratitude for their relationship.
Taking to Instagram, Poorna posted a special photograph with her husband in which the couple can be seen smiling together. Along with the picture, she shared an emotional note reflecting on their journey as life partners.
In the caption, she wrote, “June 12 is the day my husband and I decided to spend our lives together. It was the moment when we promised to stand by each other through happiness and sorrow, laughter and tears, and every challenge life brings our way.”
The actress further recalled the vows they made on their wedding day, saying that they pledged never to let go of each other’s hands and to remain together until their very last breath.
Speaking candidly about married life, Poorna acknowledged that couples sometimes argue over small matters. She admitted that during such moments she occasionally says things she does not truly mean.
“Sometimes, in anger, I even say that I don’t need you, but that is far from the truth,” she wrote. “I cannot even imagine my life without you. You know very well how much love I carry for you in my heart.”
Poorna went on to express that words are not enough to describe the depth of her feelings. She stated that if there is an emotion greater than love, that is exactly what she feels for her husband.
“He is my happiness, my peace, my home, and the greatest blessing of my life,” she added.
The actress also offered a heartfelt prayer for their marriage, asking God to keep their relationship strong and filled with love, happiness, and peace for years to come.
Concluding her message, she wrote, “You are forever mine, and I will always be yours. May God continue to bless our Nikah, strengthen our bond, and keep us together in love, peace, and happiness throughout the years ahead.”
