In today’s lifestyle, people often have to sit for long hours, which weakens the muscles and also leads to stiffness.
Along with this, an increase in Vata (according to Ayurveda) can cause joint pain. Many people experience heaviness, stiffness, and joint pain as soon as they wake up in the morning. To get relief from such conditions, Ayurveda recommends the use of Aamvatari Vati.
In Ayurveda, joint pain, swelling, and stiffness are believed to be caused by an imbalance of Vata and poor digestion. Weak digestion leads to the accumulation of Ama (toxins) in the body. This can result in serious intestinal infections and joint-related issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Arthritis. Due to these conditions, movement becomes difficult, and even daily activities can become painful.
To manage these problems, Ayurveda suggests the use of Aamvatari Vati. Its consumption may help reduce joint swelling, pain, and stiffness. However, it should always be taken under the guidance of a qualified physician.
Aamvatari Vati is a combination of some of the most effective Ayurvedic herbs. It is prepared using purified guggulu, chitrak root, triphala (amla, haritaki, bibhitaki), purified mercury, and purified sulfur. It may also help improve digestion and reduce gastrointestinal issues.
Along with taking Aamvatari Vati, making lifestyle changes is equally important. Start your day with lukewarm water, and try consuming fenugreek seeds or garlic in the morning. Garlic is known to help relieve joint pain. Avoid sitting in one position for long periods, as it can cause muscle strain and, in severe cases, fluid accumulation. Therefore, light exercise is highly recommended.
