After Shooting 12 Short Films and Two Still Photoshoots, Amitabh Bachchan Says Work Is Work

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan revealed that he completed the shooting of 12 short films and two still photoshoots in a single day before taking time to write a blog for his fans.

The veteran actor, who affectionately refers to his fans as his “Extended Family” (EF), shared his thoughts on the importance of work and staying connected with people through his blog.

In his post, Amitabh wrote, “Work is work… work is work… work is work…!!! Today, I shot 12 short films, completed two still shoots, and now I am working for all of you. Staying connected without delay is today’s task. Everything else can continue, but this connection should never stop.”

Known for his passion for blogging, Bachchan also emphasized the importance of preparation and dedication before any work assignment. He said that one should study thoroughly and be fully prepared before the day of work, without compromising under any circumstances.

He wrote, “One must study with complete dedication. Preparation should be done before the working day, and there should never be any compromise with circumstances or situations, even if one is wearing air-conditioned pajamas.”

On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan is currently busy with director Nag Ashwin’s highly anticipated mythological sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD. The film also stars Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani in key roles.

The first installment of Kalki 2898 AD was set in a dystopian future in the year 2898 AD. Against the backdrop of the city of Kashi, the story follows a group on a mission to protect the unborn child of SUM-80, who is believed to be the final incarnation of Lord Vishnu, known as Kalki.

Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in director T.J. Gnanavel’s action thriller Vettaiyan. The film featured an ensemble cast including Rajinikanth, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Abhirami, and Ramesh Thilak.

The story revolves around a senior police officer who accidentally shoots an innocent person during an encounter and later becomes involved in investigating the murder of a teacher.
